Harry A. Dusenberry

Harry Dusenberry has been a licensed Attorney and Counselor-at-Law for almost 40 years. Through his long years of experience he has developed an expertise in many areas of the law including Personal Injury and Landlord/Tenant problems. Currently, he focuses his practice primarily in the area of Criminal Defense.
Mr. Dusenberry welcomes new clients and is always ready to use his knowledge and legal experience to solve their problems. His door is always open to clients and their families. He approaches every case or legal problem, no matter how complex or simple, with the same critical eye. He brings to every case both compassion and understanding. He knows that every legal problem, no matter how small or serious, places great stress and worry on the client and the client’s family. The U.S. Constitution tells us that everyone is entitled to justice – and Mr. Dusenberry fights for that – no matter what the client’s background or status.

Matthew A. Dusenberry

Since joining the office in 2010, Matthew A. Dusenberry has focused his practice in Criminal Defense. He has fought cases in all five boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties. He has experience in Consumer Affairs and New York State tobacco and liquor licensing mediation, as well as ticket hearings at the Traffic Violations Bureau. He was raised in New York City and earned his Juris Doctor at the prestigious University of Michigan Law School.
